The Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfy, perfect for my family. The beds felt really nice, and we appreciated the wood flooring instead of carpet. Overall, a decent room but could use some attention to detail.

Front desk clerk was friendly enough and the room was larger than we expected which gave us hope at first. Just as we were settling in for the night, I noticed the AC was working well, even if the overall cleanliness was questionable.

The staff was terrific and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, making our stay even more enjoyable as we explored the nearby Idaho Museum of Natural History and took a few steps to grab coffee at Beans & Brews. the room could use some updates, but overall, it was a great base for our city adventures.

I found the pool and spa enjoyable. The staff noticed it was our honeymoon and offered an upgrade to a suite, which was nice. The spa tub was a good way to relax after a long drive.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. It was served from dirty dishes that did not look clean from the previous day.

Disappointed stay

We stayed for one night, and it was a bummer. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages—dust everywhere and the floors were gross. The morning staff couldn’t be bothered to make fresh coffee, and we were stuck with cold leftovers. At least the picnic area was nice, but everything else was a letdown.

During my stay at Red Lion Hotel, I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and attentive, making my work-related trip much smoother. The business center was well-equipped, allowing me to efficiently conduct meetings and printing tasks. The location was also convenient, being just off the freeway, which made my commuting quite easy.

The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, with dusty floors and dated amenities.
